Web+ERP Cloud
The School ERP Cloud edition that comes together with the school's public website, and how to publish notices from the ERP to the website.
Web+ERP Cloud is an edition of School ERP Cloud that is delivered together with the school's own public website, as one package on the school's hosting. The website and the ERP share the school's records, so some things the office does in the ERP can appear on the website without a separate request to JPRAXC. Everything else in the School ERP works exactly as in the ordinary Cloud edition.
What it adds#
- One package: the school's public website and its School ERP Cloud are set up and hosted together, on the school's web address.
- Notices straight to the website: in the ERP's Notices register, a Website column shows which notices are on the website (On website), and each notice has Publish to website or Unpublish.
- Everything in School ERP Cloud: all School ERP modules, the Parent and Staff portals and apps, and online fee payments, as in the Cloud edition. See the School ERP guides.
Publish a notice on the school website#
- Open Notices in the ERP sidebar.
- Find the notice in the register. It must be a draft or an issued notice.
- Select Publish to website.
- Confirm with Publish. The notice appears on the website's public notice board at once, and the register shows On website.
Remove a notice from the website#
- Open Notices and find the notice marked On website.
- Select Unpublish, then confirm with Unpublish.
- The notice stops showing on the public notice board. The register entry is kept.
How to get Web+ERP Cloud#
- Talk to JPRAXC Sales when you buy School ERP Cloud and want the school website with it. Use Book a consultation or the buy request on jpraxc.com. See Using jpraxc.com.
- Choose a website design. See Choose a design.
- Connect the school's domain with the records JPRAXC provides. See Connect your domain.
Good to know#
- Only publish notices meant for the public. Anything on the website can be read by anyone, including people outside the school.
- Publish to website does not appear for a cancelled notice.
- Other website content (for example, new pages or pictures) is changed the usual way. See Update your website.
