Talk to JPRAXC from the School ERP
Use the pinned JPRAXC conversation in ConnectX to ask the JPRAXC team about the ERP, a licence, a plan or a payment.
Every school's ConnectX desk has one conversation pinned at the top: JPRAXC. It is the school's own line to the JPRAXC sales and support team. Ask about the ERP, a licence, a plan or a payment, and the answer comes back into the same conversation. It is kept apart from families and staff, with its own JPRAXC mark, so a reply meant for JPRAXC never goes to a parent by mistake.
