School ERP, Parent, Staff and Mail apps
The JPX School ERP, JPX Parent, JPX Staff and JPX Mail apps, who they are for, how to get them and where to find their guides.
JPRAXC provides separate apps for school office work, families, staff and business mail. JPX School ERP opens the office workspace with an ERP account. JPX Parent and JPX Staff open the school records and tasks released to those accounts. JPX Mail (the Mail app) opens mailboxes provided through JPRAXC Business E-mail. This section explains each app's sign-in, everyday work and device settings.
The apps#

Where to get the apps#
- Check the current app and store availability on jpraxc.com. Use the exact app names above when an approved store listing is available.
- A store that does not list an app yet is marked Coming soon. Ask the school administrator or JPRAXC for approved JPX School ERP access, your school office for Parent and Staff, or your mailbox administrator for Business E-mail.

Before you start#
- School ERP: you need access to the school's connected ERP and an authorised ERP account. Your role controls the modules and actions. Parent and Staff credentials do not sign in to this app.
- Parent and Staff: your school must use the Cloud edition of JPRAXC School ERP and must have given you app access. Each person sees only the modules the school allows for their account.
- Business E-mail: your organisation's administrator must have created your mailbox.
