Links JPRAXC sends you
What each link in a JPRAXC e-mail does — secure purchase forms, payment requests, installer downloads and feedback forms — and how to spot a genuine one.
During a purchase JPRAXC may send you links that open pages on jpraxc.com or a payment checkout. Each link has one job, works for a limited time, and never asks for a password or one-time code. This guide explains each kind so you know what to expect.
Check that a link is genuine#
- Links from JPRAXC open pages on jpraxc.com, or the payment checkout named in the payment e-mail.
- The e-mails come from JPRAXC addresses such as sales@jpraxc.com, support@jpraxc.com, licences@jpraxc.com or no-reply@jpraxc.com.
- No JPRAXC page or e-mail asks you to type a password, a one-time code, a recovery code, card details or your UPI PIN into a form or reply. If a message asks for any of these, do not respond. Forward it to support@jpraxc.com.
Secure purchase link#
Sales can prepare a purchase request for you and send it by e-mail with the subject Complete your JPRAXC ERP purchase & licence details. The e-mail says when the link expires.
- Open the link. The page is headed Secure purchase invitation and says Sales has prepared this secure request.
- Check the details already filled in. The product is fixed by the invitation (Fixed by your secure invitation); if it is wrong, contact Sales rather than starting a new request.
- Complete the remaining sections in the same way as the purchase request form.
- Select Complete secure purchase request, then verify the administrator e-mail with the six-digit code.
If the page says This link is unavailable., the link has expired, has already been used, or cannot be checked just now. Nothing has been submitted. Select Start a new purchase request, or ask Sales for a fresh link.
Payment request#
When Sales has approved your order, the administrator (or the billing e-mail on the order) receives an e-mail with the subject Payment request and your reference. It lists the product, licence validity, each plan and the capacity, the tax lines, the place of supply and the Total payable.
- Check the organisation, product and amount.
- Select Pay securely. The checkout of JPRAXC's payment provider opens.
- Pay using one of the methods the checkout offers.
- Wait for the confirmation e-mail. Returning to a page after paying is not itself proof of payment; JPRAXC confirms the payment on its side first.
If the e-mail has no payment button, it asks you to pay by the bank or UPI details JPRAXC has shared with you. See Buy a licence: the complete journey for what happens after payment.
Installer download link#
For an Offline / Local edition, JPRAXC sends a secure link to download the installer. The e-mail says how long the link is valid.
- Download the installer straight away, on the computer where you plan to install it.
- Each link is valid for a limited time and a limited number of downloads.
- If the page says This download link has expired. or This download link has already been used., ask JPRAXC (or your partner) for a fresh link.
Feedback link#
After activation, the administrator receives an invitation to give private feedback, and a second one some days later. The link opens a short form on jpraxc.com. See Feedback and testimonials.
