Use the demo portals
Open the School ERP demo, browse the website design gallery, or arrange a guided demo for products without an open portal.
The Demo portals page gathers every way to try a JPRAXC product before you buy. Some products have a portal you can open straight away; the others are shown in a guided session with the JPRAXC team. Each card says where its button leads.
Steps#
- Open jpraxc.com/demo-portals (opens in a new tab), or choose Demo portals in the website index.
- Find the card for the product you are considering. The badge on the card tells you what kind of access it offers:

| Design gallery | View demo sites | Opens the gallery of JPRAXC website designs so you can find a starting point for your own site. |
| Client login | Mail login | Opens the Business Email sign-in page. This is for organisations that already have a mailbox; it is not a demo. |
| Guided demo | Book a guided demo | Opens the demo form with that product already chosen. |
| A coming-soon label | Ask about availability | Opens the demo form so you can ask Sales about the product. |
- Select Product details on any card to read the full product page first.
Good to know#
- Treat the School ERP demo portal as a shared demonstration. Do not enter real student, parent or staff details into it.
- The other products are shown in guided sessions with the team. Products marked coming soon lead to Ask about availability instead.
- A demo portal lets you look around. For a walkthrough of admissions, fees, attendance and reporting on your own workflow, book a demo.
- Partners use the same demo portals when showing products to customers.
