JPRAXC ConnectX
What ConnectX is, where it appears, and who can talk to whom — schools, families, staff, partners, website visitors and JPRAXC.
JPRAXC ConnectX is messaging built into JPRAXC products. In a school, the office, teachers and families exchange text, voice notes, photos and documents inside the School ERP and its apps, without sharing personal phone numbers. The same ConnectX name is used for the school's own line to JPRAXC, for partners talking to JPRAXC, and for the chat window on jpraxc.com.
Who talks to whom#

What ConnectX carries#
- Text messages of any length.
- One file per message: a picture, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or CSV file.
- Recorded voice notes.
- Editing or deleting your own message within the time the product shows, and hiding any message from your own view.
Why schools use it#
- Contacts come from the school roll. A student who leaves stops appearing.
- Nobody needs to share a personal mobile number or e-mail address.
- Messages and files stay with the school's records instead of on personal phones.
- ConnectX is included with a supported School ERP licence. There is no per-message charge and no balance to top up.
- Keep SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail for messages that must reach people outside the ERP.
