Install and sign in to the Partner app
Activate your approved partner account, sign in, set the App PIN and fingerprint unlock, and manage sign-out on your phone.
Once JPRAXC approves your application, you activate your account in the JPX Partner app by verifying your e-mail and choosing a password. After your first sign-in the app asks for a four-digit App PIN, and optionally your fingerprint, so that only you can open it on your phone.
Before you start#
- Install the JPX Partner app. See Apply to become a partner for how to get it.
- Your partner application must be approved. Approval alone does not activate your sign-in.
- Use the e-mail address registered on your application.
- Allow notifications when the app asks, so you hear about orders, deployments and messages.
Activate your approved account#
- Open the app and select Activate Approved Account on the welcome screen.
- Type your Registered email.
- Tick the boxes in the Before you… panel, including I accept the Partner programme terms … to activate my Partner account.
- Select Send verification code.
- Type the code from your e-mail in Six-digit code and select Verify code.
- On Create your password., type a new Password and type it again in Confirm password. The hint under the box tells you the minimum length.
- Select Save password. The app returns to the sign-in screen.
Sign in for the first time#
- On the welcome screen, select Login.
- Type your Email or mobile number and your Password.
- Tick the boxes in the Before you sign in to Partner panel.
- Select Sign in.
- Set your App PIN. Choose four digits, then enter them again to confirm. You cannot skip this step.
- When the app asks Unlock with fingerprint?, select Use fingerprint to open the app with the fingerprint or face your phone already knows, or Not now. Your PIN always works too.
- If your phone's battery saver would stop alerts, the app offers Get alerts when the app is closed. Select Open settings to allow it, or Later.
Your workspace opens on Home.
Open the app day to day#
- Open the app. It shows Welcome back with your name.
- Enter your four-digit App PIN, or select Use biometric unlock.
- If you have forgotten the PIN, select Forgot PIN? Sign in with password and sign in with your e-mail or mobile number and password.
After several wrong PINs, the app asks you to sign in with your account password instead.
Sign out, lock and leave#
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sign out (Profile, or the button at the top) | Locks the app. Your PIN or fingerprint opens it again. |
| Close app (when you press Back on Home) | Closes the app but keeps you signed in. |
| Lock now (Profile › App security) | Asks for the PIN or fingerprint straight away. |
| Remove this account from the phone | Signs out completely and forgets the App PIN. You need your password to sign in again. |
| Sign out all devices | Signs your account out on every phone. |
Use Remove this account from the phone before you give away, sell or hand in a phone.
App security settings#
Open Profile › App security to:
- Change App PIN;
- turn Fingerprint / Face ID on or off;
- Lock now;
- choose Ask before signing out, so that sign-out asks Sign out? first.
Profile also has the appearance switch (light, follow phone, dark) and links to JPRAXC's policies and grievance pages.
Forgotten password#
- On the welcome screen select Login, then Forgot password?.
- Verify your e-mail with the six-digit code.
- Choose a new password and save it.
When policies are updated#
After you unlock the app, it checks for published updates to the Terms of service, Privacy policy and Mobile app privacy notice. If Policies updated appears:
- Read the linked policies under Before you continue.
- If you agree, tick the Terms acceptance and the privacy acknowledgement.
- Tap Accept and continue.
For seven days from the first reminder, Later lets you use the app. Tap Review on the reminder banner to reopen the choices. Closing the app, going offline or choosing Later keeps the existing deadline. After that period, app records stay closed until you accept the update. Sign out remains available and does not delete server records.
The app saves acceptance for the account in use, with the exact policy revisions you reviewed. If it cannot save that evidence on this phone, retry or sign out. Switching accounts does not accept policies for the other account.
Read the current Terms of service (opens in a new tab), Privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and Mobile app privacy (opens in a new tab).
Try the demo#
Explore a clearly labelled demo on the welcome screen opens the app with fictional records. Nothing you do in the demo is sent to JPRAXC and no payment is made. It is a safe way to learn the screens.
