The JPX Mail app
Read and send Business E-mail on your Android phone with the JPX Mail app.
The JPX Mail app puts your Business E-mail mailbox on your Android phone. It uses the same mailbox as the webmail: the same folders, drafts, attachments and outgoing mail. Full instructions for installing and using it are in the Parent, Staff and Mail apps section.
What you can do in the app#
- Keep several JPRAXC Business E-mail mailboxes signed in and switch between them.
- Search by sender, subject or message text, filter unread mail and attachments, and star messages.
- Write with formatting, add contacts and files, and reply, reply all or forward.
- Save a draft with its attachments and reopen it later.
- Check the outbox for messages that are pending, sending, on hold or failed.
- Choose light, dark or device-matched appearance, and lock the app with a 4-digit PIN, fingerprint or face unlock on supported phones.
- For administrators, see the plan's mailbox figures and create mailboxes.
- Install the JPX Mail app. See Parent, Staff and Mail apps for where to get it.
- Sign in with your full e-mail address and your mailbox password, the same as the webmail.
- Choose how to unlock the app: a PIN, your phone's fingerprint or face unlock, or both.
Good to know#
- Your plan, storage and daily sending figure are shared between the webmail, the app and mail apps on your computer.
- If your mailbox is suspended or your organisation's plan has ended, the app stops working for that mailbox, just like the webmail.
- An administrator signing in for the first time with a temporary password must first choose a permanent one, as in the webmail. See Sign in to webmail.
