01 / What you get
Everything an organisation needs to run email on its own name.
JPRAXC Mail is sold only to current JPRAXC clients, so it arrives already knowing your organisation and connects cleanly to the products you run.
Your own domain
Mail runs on your organisation's own domain. Additional domains can be added to the same licence later.
Unlimited mailboxes
No per-mailbox count or per-user fee. Only the licensed storage pool limits how quota is assigned.
Licensed storage pool
The licence carries one storage pool. Your mail administrator divides it between mailboxes as needed.
DNS handled with you
The exact SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your domain are generated for you and checked after you publish them.
Transactional send API
A signed API lets your JPRAXC ERP send its own OTPs, receipts and notices through your domain.
Editable SMTP endpoint
The standard hostname is smtp.jpcerpcloud.com. The deployment configuration remains editable for an approved provider or hostname change.
Managed infrastructure
The mail platform runs on JPRAXC-operated servers with reputation, queueing and logs managed for you.
Grows by licence
Need more storage or another year? The licence is extended through the same verified renewal flow.
02 / How it works

Apply with your licence
Submit the buy form with your existing JPRAXC licence or activation reference — JPRAXC Mail is exclusive to current clients.
Licence is issued
After the verified sales flow, the JPRAXC Mail Developer Control issues your licence with its storage pool and validity, and provisions your domain.
Publish the DNS records
You receive the exact MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your domain, and they are verified with you once published.
Create your mailboxes
Your mail administrator signs in and creates unlimited mailboxes, sharing the licensed storage pool between them.
